About Us

Moss Hill Farms is a family operated beef and lamb farm in the low country of South Carolina. We have been raising beef and lamb here for over 20 years. We raise our own animals and do not purchase from the stockyards. Our beef and lamb are raised on pasture with alfalfa hay added in the winter. We do not confine them to feed lots and we never use or feed antibiotics or growth hormones. We use a USDA inpsected processor in South Carolina who dry ages our beef for over 3 weeks and our lamb for 10 days prior to packaging. You can purchase our products from the website, by calling us, or visiting us at any number of the local farmers markets we visit around the state. We offer wholesale pricing for stores and restaurants buying in bulk.
